Due Diligence

Based on the client’s needs and the nature of the project, we are confident that we can perform financial due diligence procedures and exceed the client’s expectations.

In a due diligence project, financial risks and adjustments must thoroughly be identified to determine the proper purchase price, determine the appropriate procedures for the project and provide our recommendations to assist the clients with their due diligence project.

In addition, we will summarize the risks/findings which were detected from the due diligence procedures to be appropriately reflected in the purchase and sale agreement.

Valuation Services

M&A, valuation and/or corporate restructuring are activities, which third-party appraisers are involved to provide valuation services to assist Board of Directors in making key decisions.

Enterprise value (equity value) assessment, business value assessment, corporate restructuring (merger, stock swaps, the company spin offs) and the calculation of financial ratios, M&A are the type of valuation services provided to our clients.

Corporate Restructuring

In the initial planning stages of restructuring an organization, we can support in creating an effective structure that best suits the client's needs.

In the implementation phase of the restructuring project, we can assist in the roll out of the project in creating a plan and be involved in addressing the legal, accounting, and tax aspects to mitigate the risk of the failures usually involved with the restructuring of companies.
